1. Summary
InfPodcast currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses technical technologies needed to sign in, protect the service, and remember features requested by the user. We therefore do not display a consent banner: blocking these technologies would prevent the related functions from working.
2. Necessary first-party cookie
- __Host-sonora_session — owner: InfPodcast — purpose: authenticate the session and protect account access — maximum duration: 30 days — type: necessary, Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite=Lax.
3. Necessary or requested local storage
The browser stores creator drafts, the playback queue and active episode, listening progress, and playback-related preferences. These remain on the device until replaced, cleared through account deletion where applicable, or removed in browser settings.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical signals or storage to detect abuse and verify legitimate requests.
- Google and Stripe operate on their own domains during sign-in and payment and apply their own policies.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics provides aggregated metrics without cookies or persistent identifiers. We do not use cookie-based tracking features.
5. Browser controls
You can clear cookies and local storage in browser settings. Blocking the session cookie prevents you from staying signed in; clearing local storage may remove drafts, queues, or unsynchronised progress.
6. Changes and contact
If we add non-essential cookies, advertising, or identifier-based analytics, we will first offer equally visible accept and reject controls. Questions may be submitted through the contact form.
